The Haworth Fern Office Chair has no hard edges at all. It is the epitome of modern office chair design, which values flexibility above all. It’s almost a modernized Herman Miller Embody, with a more functional design and far superior arm movement. The Steelcase Gesture is somewhat analogous to the Haworth Fern, but the Gesture’s back design is less flexible than that of the Haworth Fern. The Fern, with its high back and extraordinary flexibility should really be experienced in person. It is difficult to describe in words and photos.
